It is a common thing for people to make mistakes especially when it comes to certain treatments that they believe will be effective in fighting their syndromes or diseases. OCD is a little bit different story since it has to deal directly with those kind of mental symptoms that not everyone will be able to handle in the long run. There are many cases when people fall prey to their own crazy ideas and just because of a wrong ocd treatment end up either going crazy or performing some stupid things like suicide for example.
There is a big factor out there that plays a huge role when it comes to helping people overcome their ocd problems once and for all. It can sometimes become lethal, but nevertheless, it is just a matter of time for everyone to understand that an 100% medication based healing can lead to a future that you only saw in your worse nightmares.
