It’s funny how sometimes when you do not see a person for a while the only impression that you have of them is how they were when you last saw them. I had a friend of mine and about three years ago he left the United States to travel and work in Central and South America. One of the first countries he went to was Ecuador, and while he was in Ecuador he attended Ecuador Spanish language programs. Now when this guy left the United States he could not speak a lick of Spanish now however he speaks Spanish perfectly. I was so shocked when I saw my friend have a completely fluent conversation with a Spanish-speaking individual in our neighborhood. He had changed so drastically, and for the better I might add, because he took this trip and because he learned a foreign language while he was living in a different country.

Some for a conversational purpose, others to impress their family or friends but the sweetest thing that I have accomplished is to do it in a love letter. This friend of mine have a long distance relationship with a French young lady. She has been writing him in English every week but a few words from her foreign language are sometimes spilling out and he doesn’t recognize it. So one of he came to me and ask me to teach him a couple of the words that would best describe how he feels. I did that and he was truly thankful and decided to enroll in a language class that will give him proper education and will teach him all the necessary words or you can say that they will teach him everything that he needs to know about the language.

Japanese Symbols Are Widely Shown on the Anime Trigun
Tuesday, July 5th, 2011I really love the animated television show of Trigun. It is an anime slash western. My favorite character in the show is Vash the Stampede. I really never knew about some of the Japanese symbols and what they meant. All I know is if there usually is one of those symbols in front of restaurant, it is usually a restaurant. I do not know if all of these Japanese symbols mean so many different things on the show, but I really like some of these symbols. I know that many Japanese art and writing styles are derived from thsee kinds of symbols. These symbols seem quite unique and original to me, and if I was to be able to get my hands on some of these symbols, I would probably try to create my own Japanese story book. I really mean it. I really do like this kind of writing and art.

My brother-in-law got a job transfer and the whole family was not only on board, but thrilled to be making such an exciting move. The only drawback was that not one of them could speak the language.
